- Planning, development and execution of Authentic’s global newsletter program, including editorial planning, content sourcing, writing, production, distribution and performance tracking
- Source content from internal teams (Brand, Business Development, Marketing, People & Culture) and translate into cohesive, audience-ready storytelling
- Manage weekly updates to stats and content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels
- Package newsletter content for adaptation across international markets (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Portuguese) in partnership with regional teams
- Oversee the publishing and maintenance of Authentic’s newsroom, including press releases and SEO-driven blog content
- Manage and evolve templates and content frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across newsletters, newsroom and social
- Draft calendars and content for corporate social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram), including content creation, publishing, real-time responsiveness and performance tracking
- Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely execution across weekly and monthly deliverables
- Track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, engagement, growth) and apply insights to continuously optimize content
- 5–8 years of experience in content, communications, digital marketing or a related field
- Strong editorial and writing skills with a modern, digital-first voice
- Hands-on experience managing email/newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or similar)
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Squarespace) and newsroom or blog publishing
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization
- Experience managing social media platforms and analytics (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize accordingly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Primary Location Salary Range:
$100,000 - $110,000
