- Create campaigns designed to maximize new customer acquisition while driving scalable growth across multiple eCommerce websites.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, Merchandising, and Product to optimize audience targeting, messaging, creative performance, and landing page conversion.
- Manage and optimize full-funnel acquisition campaigns to achieve aggressive growth targets while maximizing traffic, conversion, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Implement and oversee ongoing testing of new channels, audiences, creative, bidding strategies, and acquisition tactics to improve campaign performance and expand customer reach.
- Leverage customer data and market insights to develop targeted acquisition campaigns, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to refine audience segmentation, attribution, and measurement strategies.
- Develop regular performance reporting and communicate campaign results, insights, risks, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Communicate campaign performance, key insights, and acquisition initiatives to licensee partners, ensuring alignment and visibility across the portfolio.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer acquisition strategies for high-growth eCommerce or omnichannel retail businesses.
- Experience managing acquisition marketing across multiple brands or business units with competing priorities.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, connected TV (CTV), affiliate marketing, programmatic display, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable business recommendations.
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, customer segmentation, attribution, conversion optimization, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Experience leveraging analytics platforms and performance reporting to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey strategy, performance insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, while effectively communicating campaign performance and key insights to licensee partners.
