Manager, Enterprise Integration Architect will lead the architecture and hands-on delivery of integrations across Authentic’s SaaS-first global technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Global Business Systems, this role will modernize the integration landscape while improving reliability, scalability, security, and operational support.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. The Manager will personally architect, design, build/configure, test, troubleshoot, deploy, and support integrations while providing technical direction to internal resources and external partners. The role owns integrations end to end, from requirements and architecture through production support, across NetSuite ERP, OneStream CPM, Salesforce CRM, Luminance CLM, enterprise data platforms, SaaS applications, and partner systems.

What you’ll be working on

Integration Architecture & Hands-On Delivery

  • Assess the current integration landscape and define pragmatic target-state architecture and modernization priorities aligned with business needs.
  • Architect end-to-end solutions by selecting appropriate integration patterns and defining system boundaries, APIs/services, data flows, orchestration, security, error handling, scalability, monitoring, and supportability.
  • Personally build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, web services, SFTP/file and batch integrations, webhooks, and event-driven interfaces using enterprise iPaaS/middleware platforms.
  • Create mappings, transformations, workflows, authentication, exception handling, and reusable APIs/services; reduce fragile point-to-point integrations where practical.
  • Own integration workstreams for implementations and enhancements, including estimates, technical design, SIT/UAT/regression support, cutover, deployment, and production stabilization.

Reliability, Platform & Production Support

  • Serve as the technical escalation point for complex integration and business-critical production issues; diagnose logs, payloads, API responses, integration jobs, authentication, connectivity, data, and performance problems.
  • Drive root-cause resolution and permanent fixes while improving monitoring, alerting, reconciliation, retry, and exception-management capabilities.
  • Manage integration platform environments, connectivity, deployments, security, and monitoring; support critical releases and provide on-call support when required.
  • Establish practical standards for API design, security, logging, error handling, data transformation, versioning, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Technical Leadership, Vendors & Governance

  • Provide technical leadership to developers and implementation partners while continuing to contribute directly to architecture, development, troubleshooting, and technical reviews.
  • Review designs and code/configuration, challenge vendor estimates and solutions, and ensure partners follow established integration standards and quality expectations.
  • Manage integration-related vendor performance, SLAs, licenses, upgrades, defects, enhancements, and Statements of Work as needed, while reducing dependency on individual vendors.
  • Coordinate release, change-management, SOX/audit documentation, and production-readiness activities with Business Systems, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, Information Security, Finance, and business stakeholders.

Expected Role Profile

Approximately 60–70% of the role will involve direct technical delivery—including architecture, development/configuration, APIs, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support—with approximately 30–40% focused on technical leadership, prioritization, vendor management, and governance.

Must Haves:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application integration, API development, middleware, or iPaaS technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to personally architect, design, build, troubleshoot, deploy, and support complex enterprise integrations across SaaS applications, enterprise platforms, data services, and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON/XML, SFTP/file-based integrations, webhooks, OAuth 2.0 or similar authentication, mapping/transformation, and error handling/reconciliation.
  • Strong experience with an enterprise iPaaS/middleware platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, Google Cloud integration technologies, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience integrating enterprise SaaS/cloud applications; experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, OneStream, Luminance, or comparable ERP/CRM/CPM/CLM platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and production-support capabilities, including logs/payload analysis, source control, deployment processes, environment management, integration testing, and release support.
  • Experience technically leading onshore/offshore developers and implementation partners, with strong communication, stakeholder-management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial integrations, enterprise data platforms, and master/reference data, including high-volume or business-critical interfaces.
  • Experience modernizing point-to-point integrations into reusable API-based architectures within consumer products, licensing, retail, media, fashion, or similar multi-entity environments.

Success Measures - First 6–12 Months

  • Take hands-on ownership of critical integrations, improving reliability, supportability, monitoring, and production stability.
  • Reduce recurring failures, manual intervention, and unnecessary dependency on external partners.
  • Establish consistent architecture and development standards and reusable integration components that accelerate future delivery.
  • Maintain an integration inventory and a pragmatic roadmap for modernizing high-risk or fragile interfaces.

Primary Location Salary Range:

$150,000 - $170,000

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
