Broker Support Specialist

Authentic helps insurance brokers create better insurance products for their clients. We provide the technology platform and behind-the-scenes support that lets brokers build custom insurance solutions for specific industries or customer groups. Think of us as the operating system that powers these specialized insurance offerings. For brokers, this means they can offer unique products their competitors don't have, earn more money, and spend less time on paperwork and administrative tasks. We handle the complex (technology, compliance, and partnerships with highly-rated insurance carriers), so they can focus on serving their customers and growing their business.

Quoting & Coverage Support

• Assist partners with quote generation within the platform
• Provide insurance support and guidance to our agent partners
• Support brokers with acquiring insurance products outside of our bind online platform

Billing & Policy Servicing

• Process billing updates and policy changes
• Support Payment changes / bill payoff requests, endorsements and pending cancellation notifications
• Follow escalation tracks to sales & underwriting teams

Technical Assistance

• Provide platform support related to: Billing access & system accessibility
• Troubleshooting general system issues

Agent Onboarding

• Develop proactive resources for agent partners to quickly adopt our insurance technology
• Create training materials and step by step guidance to help understand system navigation

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in insurance operations, account servicing, sales support, or customer support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to triage requests and exercise judgment on escalation
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Claims, and Operations
• P&C Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)

Salary: $65,000.00
