You are highly internally-motivated and want to be part of something that is bigger than yourself. You have experience drawing insights from deep dives into qualitative and quantitative data, and you can present those insights in the form of a compelling story. You know your way around Excel and PowerPoint, have comfort working in a virtual environment and over web-based teleconferencing, and maintain the highest standards of excellence with data.

 As an Insights Storyteller, you will be responsible for:  

  • Driving client success by analyzing interactions between our clients and their customers and presenting meaningful findings to our clients so they can make effective business decisions. You will do this by: 
    • Delivering 40-44 Insights Storytelling Sessions annually to contracted clients
    • Collaborating with Authenticx client team to plan strategic direction for Insight Stories
    • Developing expertise in Authenticx platform 
    • Conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis to discover actionable insights
    • Crafting relevant, compelling story lines that convey conversational data in a way that captures attention and drives client audiences to take meaningful action.
    • Creating visually compelling PowerPoint decks to support the telling of data-backed stories. 
    • Presenting stories with effective delivery and facilitating discussion, brainstorming and questions (primarily online, occasionally in person)
    • Creating post-presentation reports
    • Executing on all of the above with excellence
  • Work with Product Team for feature requests and platform development
  • Ongoing learning and development around platform, clients, storytelling, strategy
  • Continually honing the Authenticx approach to data-backed storytelling.  

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Writing or other relevant fields preferred. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, especially in giving presentations. 
  • Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and extracting meaningful, action-oriented insight.
  • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Healthcare, or business-to-business (B2B) professional services experience preferred.
  • Skill in project management, research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Superior written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven understanding of the Healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.  
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of web applications with a desire to learn new technologies. 
  • Highly-collaborative; able to work well in a team environment.

  • This is a remote/virtual position. 
  • You must reside in the USA.
