AutoDS is looking for a true team player, an Office Manager, to join us for a part time role. 

AutoDS is an eCommerce automation platform on a mission to empower online sellers to build and scale their businesses with ease. Following our acquisition by Fiverr, we continue to operate independently combining the agility of a startup with the resources and reach of a global brand.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the office, ensuring a pleasant, organized, and well-functioning work environment: Handle office supply orders, catering, maintenance, and infrastructure needs.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, office supplies, IT, etc.).

  • Provide administrative support to management and different departments (documents, scheduling, coordination). Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Manage the office budget, track expenses, and handle invoices and payments.
  • Initiate and lead employee engagement activities, company events, and team-building activities.

  • Partner on well-being program design and implementation.

  • Promote a positive company culture and strengthen employees’ sense of belonging.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment, training, orientation).

Who You Are:

  • Proactive, “big picture” thinker – identifies problems and drives solutions without waiting to be asked.
  • Strong organizational skills – excellent task prioritization and time management.
  • High interpersonal communication skills – active listening, service-oriented, and able to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptable and problem-solving mindset – comfortable with changes and thinking creatively.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite / Google Workspace and digital tools.
  • Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role – strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and collaborating across multiple teams.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years  of experience as an Office Manager in a global organization
  • Experience in leading office projects and budgets from end to end - similar to the above
  • Proven track record in managing office operations, vendors, and budgets end-to-end.
  • Experience organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Previous collaboration with HR teams on onboarding, offboarding, and cross-company projects.
  • Experience in working with the HR team and managers on culture, employee life cycle, engagement, and more. 
  • Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
  • High level of English
  • Capability to communicate clearly and effectively with all team members at all levels of the organization.
