Implementation Manager

Remote - USA

About Auto Integrate

Auto Integrate makes leased vehicle maintenance frictionless for millions of customers in the USA and Canada. We provide a platform that powers the North American fleet management service industry and are looking to continue our growth.

About Fleetio & Auto Integrate

Fleetio is a modern fleet operations platform used by thousands of organizations worldwide to manage vehicles, equipment, and drivers. Auto Integrate, acquired by Fleetio in 2025, is a leading global maintenance authorization network that supports fleets that outsource their service, maintenance, and repair needs. The business is managed by a small, global team within Fleetio, combining the resources of a scaled SaaS company with the agility of a niche market leader.

Description

We’re hiring an Implementation Manager to own Auto Integrate customer implementations end-to-end; from kickoff through configuration, testing, launch, and transition into steady-state support.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that blends structured project management with technical implementation. You’ll own and execute a high-volume portfolio of implementations, including configuration, setup, testing, troubleshooting, and launch. You’ll also help build the implementation function itself, bringing structure, documentation, and repeatable processes to an area that is highly reactive today.

Who you are

You’re a pragmatic operator who enjoys getting complex implementations across the finish line. You’re comfortable running structured projects, but you also enjoy rolling up your sleeves to configure systems, troubleshoot issues, validate workflows, and work directly with customers. You build trust with customers by being organized, responsive, and transparent. Internally, you communicate crisply, escalate risks early, and drive alignment across teams when ownership or priorities are unclear.

You’re also comfortable building structure where little exists today. Lead defining processes, creating documentation, and establishing a more scalable way of working as the business grows.

Location: USA Remote ET or CT Timezone

Travel: 15% Travel required

Your impact

  • Own implementations end-to-end: Lead customer kickoff, define milestones, and own execution through configuration, testing, launch, and handoff.
  • Execute the implementation: Own and perform customer configuration, account setup, integration setup, and other implementation activities required to get customers live.
  • Run a high-volume portfolio: Manage multiple implementations concurrently, balancing urgency, customer commitments, and quality.
  • Project management: Build and maintain implementation plans, track dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, and proactively surface risks and blockers.
  • Technical solutioning: Translate customer workflows and requirements into implementation paths using Auto Integrate’s product capabilities, configuration, and integrations, partnering with Solutions Engineering or Product when deeper solution design or product changes are required.
  • User testing + validation: Configure, test, troubleshoot, and validate end-to-end workflows with customers through UAT and launch.
  • Launch readiness + go-live: Own cutover planning, readiness criteria, customer validation, go-live coordination, and transition into steady-state support.
  • Define the implementation operating model: Build and standardize Auto Integrate’s implementation process from intake through launch, including scoping, kickoff, project plans, configuration standards, testing, readiness criteria, go-live, handoff, documentation, and ownership expectations across teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Support, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Solutions Engineering to clarify issues and unblock progress.
  • Continuously improve delivery: Use implementation learnings and metrics to refine playbooks, templates, tooling, and processes that reduce cycle time and improve consistency.

Your experience

  • 5–8 years of experience leading customer implementations, onboarding, or technical delivery in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management fundamentals, including scoping, planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder management, dependency management, and risk management.
  • Experience working in a technical product environment involving integrations, APIs, workflows, configuration, and data flows.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrations and implementation issues.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into clear implementation approaches and executable plans.
  • Experience performing hands-on configuration, testing, validation, or implementation work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading customer calls.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to move quickly across a high-volume portfolio.
  • Experience creating or improving implementation processes, documentation, playbooks, or delivery standards.

Nice to have

  • Experience with professional-services-style delivery in a product company.
  • Experience helping build or mature an implementation function.
  • Familiarity with fleet, automotive, or maintenance/repair workflows.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
