Job Title: HVAC Installer
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
About this role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installers to join our team in Salt Lake City. This position will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ductwork systems for industrial and commercial HVAC systems along the Wasatch Front.
We are looking for both experienced and entry-level workers.
What you’ll do
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine duct system layouts.
- Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal to fit specific installations.
- Install ductwork systems, including heating and air conditioning ducts, vents, and related equipment.
- Inspect and repair existing ductwork for leaks or damage, replacing sections as needed.
- Ensure proper insulation of duct systems to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with other HVAC professionals and construction teams.
- Maintain safe work practices and adhere to industry safety standards.
What you’ll bring
- High school degree or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience as a ductwork installer.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- For entry-level applicants, some prior experience in a manual labor job is required
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to commute to locations along the Wasatch Front
- Must undergo pre-employment and random drug screenings in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
