Financial Analyst

Automox is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team! You will be part of a small team that owns all of Automox's financial planning and reporting processes, for long-term, annual planning and quarterly forecasts. You will be joining a high-performing, fast-paced team whose mission is to be the trusted strategic contributor to the business, driving growth and scale through innovation and partnership. This role will report into the FP&A Manager and work closely with Finance, Operations, and the leadership team to deliver insights, improve decision-making, and support growth.

HOW YOU’LL DRIVE SUCCESS

• Build and manage financial reports, models, and recurring forecasts.
• Assist in planning and budgeting cycles, ensuring consistency in tools, templates, and processes across the organization
• Clearly & concisely communicate financial results, planning expectations, and outcomes. 
• Continuously improve and evolve the various reporting and analysis to support organizational KPIs.
• Partner with the Sales Ops and Business Analytics teams on performance drivers.
• Work with finance management on all Finance related Board materials, presentations, and monthly reporting.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• You have solid accounting knowledge (including GAAP). CPA is highly preferred.
• Experience with a SaaS company.
• Strong self starter with comfort in ambiguous and constantly evolving situations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling (driver-based, scenario analysis)

We are a fully distributed company of remote employees.
