UX/UI Designer

Build Consistent, High-Quality Product Experiences as our new UX/UI Designer at AutoProff

At AutoProff, we build tools that support car trading across Europe and design quality, consistency, and reliability matters every day. We are strengthening our UX/UI team and are looking for a new colleague who values precision, structure, and well-executed design work.

If you enjoy working within clear frameworks, improving existing systems, and ensuring that interfaces are usable, accessible, and consistent across platforms, then this role is for you!

You’ll be based at our HQ in Vejle or Copenhagen office, with flexibility to work from home on selected days, and work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers as we continue to establish clearer ways of working and shared design guidelines.

Let's dive into your key responsibilites 

• Collect different types of insights that can support design decisions and be used during the design process
• Create and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI based on product requirements and user insights
• Design clear and well-structured interfaces for web and mobile
• Apply established patterns and guidelines while improving them where needed
• Write clear, concise microcopy that supports user understanding and task completion
• Prepare designs for smooth developer handoff and implementation
• Review and refine designs based on feedback and real usage data

The need-to-have skills

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio demonstrating consistent, high-quality execution
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, tokens and shared libraries
• Experience working with design systems and maintaining them over time
• Solid understanding of usability best practices
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Comfortable working with defined requirements and improving details through iteration
• Fluent in English and Danish

The nice-to-have skills

• Experience refining motion or subtle UI interactions
• Familiarity with design handoff processes and front-end collaboration
• Experience working on B2B or marketplace products
