Your Mission

You will support the transformation of our Operations organization – both in terms of structure and the digitalization of our processes.

You will design new frameworks, workflows, and processes, becoming a key driver of the group-wide Strategy 2026.

A crucial part of your role is to ensure that our teams are fully engaged, motivated, and supported throughout the transformation journey.

Through effective change management, you make sure that changes are not only implemented, but also understood, embraced, and successfully lived in day-to-day operations.

With your ability to understand problems, plan and design change, and turn strategy into action, you ensure that our transformation runs transparently, efficiently, and sustainably.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage group-wide transformation and change initiatives in Operations – from analysis to successful implementation.
  • Develop and optimize organizational structures, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
  • Drive digitalization and system projects (e.g., CRM integration, process automation) and translate operational needs into technical solutions in close collaboration with our Product team.
  • Oversee performance and KPI tracking, identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize initiatives within a structured continuous improvement framework.
  • Ensure that teams and stakeholders are actively engaged, motivated, and aligned throughout the transformation through targeted change management and clear communication.
  • Take ownership and accountability for projects, ensuring transparency, structure, and sustainable execution.
