What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a team of pricing specialists
• Stay involved in vehicle evaluation and pricing via our digital platform
• Drive team performance and ensure high-quality execution
• Use data and KPIs to identify improvement areas
• Translate insights into clear priorities and actions
• Support complex cases and ensure consistent decision-making

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience in the automotive industry, including vehicle pricing or evaluation
• Experience in leading or developing others
• Good understanding of the used car market
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to take ownership and drive results
• Fluent in Swedish (C1) and English (C1)
