About the job: Customer Success Manager (m/f/x)

For our Customer Success- team, we are looking for a dynamic profile who is passionate about digitizing their customers in Belgium with creative ideas.

Your challenge:
- Proactively calling our dealers and identifying their needs.
- Setting priorities based on the Customer Journey, e.g. onboarding new customers.
- Apply the motto “Be the customer's best friend” and provide feedback to the organization.
- As a product expert, you ensure an optimal customer experience and a long-term customer relationship.
- Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work within existing structures and make improvements.
- Confident and solution-oriented handling of challenges in outbound service calls.
Your Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Care or other customer-facing roles.
- A completed education, degree or experience in sales support an analytical mindset.
- Knowledge of digital media and an understanding of the latest market trends
- Strong communication and presentation skills on the phone/Zoom.
- Independent way of working
- You are a team player and pull together with your team
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- Native French or Dutch with a very good knowledge of the other official language, English is an advantage
