AutoScout24 is on a mission to revolutionize how marketing decisions are driven through data and analytics. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Marketing Data Analyst - (m/f/d) to take ownership of our marketing analytics framework and help us make data-informed decisions to optimize efficiency and ROI of our multi-channel marketing funnel. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical skills and deep marketing knowledge. 

 What you will do:  

  • Design and implement efficient data models and pipelines to integrate and manage diverse datasets within our Data Lake, ensuring seamless, reliable data access that empowers actionable marketing and user insights. 
  • Integrate automation processes and alert systems to proactively identify trends and detect anomalies.
  • Build and maintain engaging dashboards in the BI tool to monitor and improve user acquisition and marketing efficiency, following best practices in data visualization and dashboard design to deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Empower marketing teams with self-service by curating reliable data sources and creating automated, scalable data solutions. Ensure teams have easy access to clean, structured data for independent analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with online, app and offline marketing teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that optimize multi-channel marketing efforts, media planning, budgeting, efficient user acquisition.
  • Partner with fellow analysts to evaluate and interpret performance metrics from key platforms, including Google Analytics, Adjust, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Criteo, and others, ensuring insights drive campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the Tracking team to ensure the effective implementation of UTMs and campaign naming conventions, ensuring data accuracy for analytics and marketing platforms.
  • Lead exploratory projects with a creative approach, developing new KPIs, A/B tests, incrementality, offline measurements and attribution models to tackle ambiguity and address evolving business challenges. 

What you will bring:  

  •  4+ years of experience in advanced marketing analytics, ideally in online marketplaces, B2B, and B2C marketing, with a strong grasp of online and app marketing, campaign optimization, and budget allocation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience building data pipelines and ELT workflows using tools like Airflow and dbt.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery, and experience in optimizing large-scale data operations.
  • Strong experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar platforms to create insightful visualizations.
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) like Adjust and AppsFlyer, and major advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Criteo, including tracking systems (UTMs) and reporting structures.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • A proven track record of proactively and independently driving cross-functional projects.
  • Fluency in English
