Strategy Analyst (m/f/d)

A leading global company in the digital automotive space is looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis, based in Milan or Padua.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with senior management and the analyst team to drive high-impact initiatives.

You will play a key role in shaping business decisions through data-driven insights, supporting both operational and strategic analysis across areas such as inventory trends, customer growth, and portfolio development.

From problem definition to final delivery, you will take full ownership of your projects—translating complex business questions into actionable insights and compelling recommendations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end analyses: framing business problems, conducting deep dives, and delivering fact-based recommendations with clear business impact
• Preparing high-quality presentations and structured supporting materials for senior stakeholders
• Monitoring and analyzing key business KPIs and operational dashboards to identify trends and best practices
• Tracking market dynamics and competitors, providing actionable insights on new products and go-to-market strategies
• Collaborating cross-functionally with local and international teams, ensuring alignment and stakeholder engagement
• Communicating progress and insights on key initiatives to management and broader teams

Your profile

• 2+ years of full-time experience in a top-tier consultancy or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data, insights, and problem-solving
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills in English, with proven experience presenting to senior (C-level) stakeholders
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects
