The Manager, Dealer Services will be responsible for managing the Dealer Services team, ensuring company objectives are being met by demonstrating the value of capture products to dealers in order to build revenue. The Manager, Dealer Services will work closely with cross functional teams in order to prepare and manage various business KPI reports and analysis for departmental and management stakeholders, analyzing and reporting on performance to improve results and facilitate future goal setting as well as reviewing current processes to improve efficiency, quality and accuracy.

Customer Service

  • Responsible for client communications and compliance on client deliverables and revenue; ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and acquire an in depth understanding of their business and strategy to maintain and increase partner revenue.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of new and existing AutoTrader product offerings
  • Supports Account Managers in all capture related activities

Business Performance

  • Monitor and analyze account performance and trends to determine adjustments to dealer expectations, goals and objectives to achieve results.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze Dealer Services Representative productivity and level of quality of service and final product
  • Coaches teams to effectively use technology and maintain data integrity, documenting all relevant client sales and service results
  • Identify and understand gaps in customer performance to educate the team in order to maximize customer’s return on investment.
  • Ensure adherence to all department procedures, policies, and standards
  • Monitors overall client metrics to ensure consistency amongst teams, identifying barriers and coaches as appropriate to resolve.

Analytical

  • Responsible to develop and produce reports and data to effectively communicate performance of products for the Dealer Services
  • Prepare and manage various business reports and analysis for departmental and management stakeholders.
  • Analyze and report on performance to improve results for the team.

Leadership

  • Monitor the activities of the team; track KPI’s and produce productivity reports.
  • Provide training, mentoring and leadership to the team.
  • Responsible for development of action plans to close identified gaps for the team.
  • Establishes & manages activities to maximize employee satisfaction through coaching, performance and career management.
  • Promotes and maintain a positive working environment that builds employee attitudes, knowledge and skills with AutoTrader's values
  • Creates a positive work environment to increase employee engagement and reduce absenteeism/attrition.
  • Demonstrates commitment to the efficient implementation of new initiatives by leading the change process.
  • Acts as a back to the team and other duties as assigned.

Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is: $50,000 - 70,000 CAD
