About the Role 

 At Autura, we’re all about the team and looking for individuals who embody empathy, ambition, and a strong team spirit. Right now, we’re looking for a Content Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Department. The Content Marketing Associate will play a key role in planning, organizing, and producing high-quality content that drives engagement and supports marketing and sales efforts. You’ll manage our content calendar, maintain a structured content library, and create persuasive materials tailored to our product segments. This role requires strong writing and organizational skills, the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content, and a proactive approach to gathering insights from sales and product teams

 What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Content Strategy & Organization 
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely production of high-quality content. 
  • Establish and manage a searchable content directory/library in SharePoint for easy access by internal teams. 
  • Maintain and update the Content Matrix, tracking content needs for different products and ensuring outdated materials are refreshed. 
  • Build and manage a content request system to streamline the process of fulfilling internal content needs. 

 Content Creation & Messaging 

  • Create compelling marketing materials for all product segments, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral. 
  • Define and refine win themes and value propositions for each product to ensure consistent messaging. 
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and product updates, translating insights into new content. 
  • Produce demand generation content for both outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, ads, and landing pages. 

Collaboration & Optimization 

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales, and product teams to develop accurate and compelling content. 
  • Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and is optimized for lead generation. 
  • Track and measure content performance to refine strategies and improve effectiveness. 

 About You 

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related fields. 
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.). 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage content schedules and libraries. 
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and adapt content based on business needs. 
  • A results-driven mindset, focused on content that supports marketing and sales objectives. 

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required) 

  • Experience with website editing or design (WordPress, Elementor, or similar tools). 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot. 
  • Understanding of SEO and content performance analytics.

For this role, the base salary range is $85,000 - $95,000. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all team members pay and compensation programs regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
