Right now, Autura is looking for a dynamic and highly strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to optimize the hiring process, attract game-changing talent, and ensure we’re bringing in the best of the best.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing and closing top talent to onboarding and beyond, ensuring a seamless and high-touch candidate experience.
- Flexibility to manage additional HR responsibilities including onboarding processes, event planning, and other related tasks as needed in a dynamic, lean team environment.
- Utilize insights from HR metrics to drive strategic improvements and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define roles, and develop strategic, data-driven hiring plans that align with business goals.
- Source like a pro, leveraging LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and creative outreach to attract top talent—even those who aren’t actively looking.
- Keep the hiring process smooth and fast, optimizing workflows, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring an efficient, structured, and inclusive interview process.
- Be the voice of Autura’s employer brand, crafting compelling job descriptions, outreach messaging, and interview experiences.
- Use hiring data and market insights to track key recruiting metrics, refine strategies, and continuously improve sourcing and hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities, salary benchmarks, and long-term talent needs.
- Champion a top-tier candidate experience, balancing speed with quality, keeping communication transparent, and ensuring every candidate walks away with a great impression of Autura—whether they get the job or not.
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in tech, with a strong ability to source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels.
- Exceptional communicator who makes candidates feel valued and hiring managers feel supported, crafting compelling outreach and providing clear, concise feedback.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities—fast-paced and high-growth? You thrive in it.
- Strong understanding of hiring analytics and data-driven decision-making, refining processes to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, with a preference for Greenhouse, as well as LinkedIn Talent aquisition partner and other recruitment tools.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, collaborating seamlessly with leadership, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners to drive successful hiring strategies.

For this role, the base salary range is $75,000 - $85,000. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all team members pay and compensation programs regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
