We are looking for a visionary Senior Fashion Designer to join our creative team and lead the design lifecycle for our upcoming seasonal collections.

What You'll Do

• Lead Creative Vision: Spearhead the concept, mood boards, and color stories for our core seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with the Threads brand identity.

• Execute End-to-End Design: Take designs from initial sketch and digital CADs through to tech packs and final production-ready samples.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Merchandising, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to ensure designs are commercially viable and hit margin targets.

• Innovate with Fabric & Fit: Source trend-forward fabrics and trims with a focus on sustainability, and lead fit sessions to ensure premium garment construction.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of apparel design experience (contemporary or streetwear categories preferred).

• Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with 3D design software (like CLO 3D or Browzwear) is a major plus.

• Eye for Trends: A deep understanding of current market trends, garment construction, and fabric performance.

• Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills and a thrives-in-a-fast-paced-environment mindset—perfect for our growing team!
