About the Role

We’re looking for a Demo Software Engineer to build polished, reliable product demos that help customers, prospects, and internal teams clearly understand the value of our platform. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product storytelling, and customer experience.

You’ll create demo environments, prototype workflows, and build lightweight technical solutions that make complex product capabilities easy to see and understand. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys shipping quickly, solving practical problems, and turning product ideas into compelling experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain demo applications, sample integrations, and realistic demo environments

  • Partner with product, sales, solutions, and marketing teams to translate business needs into technical demo experiences

  • Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes that showcase key product capabilities

  • Create reusable assets, scripts, and tooling to improve demo setup speed and consistency

  • Troubleshoot issues in demo environments and ensure high reliability for presentations and customer-facing use

  • Keep demo data, workflows, and user scenarios current as the product evolves

  • Document demo architecture, setup steps, and best practices for internal teams

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive demo setup and maintenance tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience building software in one or more modern programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go

  • Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based systems

  • Ability to quickly prototype ideas and balance speed with quality

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to understand user needs and translate them into effective technical demonstrations

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting sales engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or technical marketing efforts

  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue

  • Experience working with REST APIs, authentication flows, and third-party integrations

  • Exposure to CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, or containerized environments

  • Experience building internal tools or demo automation workflows
