Finance Manager

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and help drive thoughtful planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making across the business. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders across departments to build clarity around performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic growth.

What you’ll do

  • Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly budget reviews

  • Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting packages

  • Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, headcount, and operational performance

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business decisions

  • Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for leadership

  • Help improve financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency

  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

  • Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders

  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet modeling skills

  • Experience with ERP, BI, or financial planning tools is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
