The Role

Are you a client-centric leader who loves the rigor of consulting and the pace of high-growth environments? Aux Insights is seeking a Case Partner to lead high-impact client engagements, shape firm IP, and help build a business that sets new standards in private equity marketing.

This is a player-coach role for someone who can own delivery, build deep relationships with clients, and coach rising talent—all while helping us evolve the way we work, grow, and scale.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Deliver

• Serve as the engagement lead on client projects, overseeing strategy, quality, and execution.
• Translate business objectives into actionable marketing recommendations and measurable outcomes.
• Set and uphold high standards for deliverables, ensuring they are rooted in insight and built for impact.

Grow Client Value

• Deepen relationships across private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
• Own renewal conversations and expand existing scopes; help transition projects from tactical to strategic.
• Over time, help shape and qualify new business opportunities as we grow.

Coach & Build Talent

• Serve as a thought partner to engagement managers, developing their strategic thinking and consulting rigor.
• Mentor team members weekly; review analyses, pressure-test deliverables, and model high performance.

Shape the Firm

• Work with firm leadership (including the COO) to translate client learnings into scalable processes.
• Contribute to the development of frameworks, playbooks, and thought leadership that position Aux as a go-to in the PE + marketing space.
• Help define and refine the “Aux Way” as we build something enduring and excellent.

Who You Are

• Senior Consulting Leader with 10+ years in top-tier consulting and/or marketing strategy roles; experience leading engagements and mentoring teams is a must.
• Client Relationship Builder who can earn the trust of C-suite stakeholders and deliver both short-term wins and long-term value.
• Growth-Minded Operator with an appreciation for private equity, marketing, and what it takes to build a business.
• Mentor & Multiplier who develops talent and raises the bar for those around them.
• Strategic Synthesizer who can cut through complexity, craft compelling narratives, and make smart decisions fast.
• Entrepreneurial Leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and brings others along.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $325,000 – $375,000
• Compensation will vary based on experience, location, and qualifications.
• Bonus: Performance-based bonuses 
• Other Structures: Part-time and contractor roles are available, with competitive hourly/project-based rates
• Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, and more (for eligible full-time roles)
