Senior Ecosystem Participants & Partnerships (EPP) Manager, Avalanche Foundation
As the Senior Ecosystem Participants and Partnerships (EPP) Manager you will be responsible for creating and presenting a consistently applied partnership and investment message to the Avalanche ecosystem. This role will manage the Foundation’s relationships with EPPs, covering various aspects such as strategy, business plans, budgets, and annual results, and will be maintaining an accurate EPP Plan and adapting it as needed utilizing various financial models, tools, and metrics for comprehensive analysis and competitive assessment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and maintain an EPP plan
- Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation of EPPs
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for EPPs
- Establish the optimum type and mix of ecosystem partnerships, and create that mix through a variety of targeting initiatives
- Monitor operational changes through ongoing contacts with EPPs, and develop EPP relations messages based on these changes
- Create presentations, press releases, and other communication materials relating to EPPs
- Manage EPP relations with the Foundation
- Monitor EPP reports and summarize them for Foundation management
- Serves as the Foundation’s key point of contact for EPPs
- Establish and maintain relationships with CEXs and DEXs
- Help in the organization of conferences, road shows, EPP calls and meetings
- Provide feedback to management regarding the EPP community's perception of the Foundation
- Represent the views of the EPP community to the Foundation management team in the ongoing development of the Foundation’s strategy
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding the impact of grant, loan and investment on the EPP community
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, MBA preferred
- 8+ years of proven experience in Investor Relations, Finance, or a related field
- Significant experience in Web3 and Crypto
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, corporate finance, and capital
markets - Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Budget management experience
- Reside outside of the United States
