JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Oversee the Aviation Maintenance program, including daily operations, faculty/staff supervision, and teaching assignments. Partner with Campus and Home Office Education teams on curriculum, course materials, scheduling, and training aids. Manage faculty performance through hiring, evaluations, coaching, meetings, and mentoring. Provide instructional support by substituting in classes and offering tutoring to students. Advise and support students on academic, behavioral, and attendance issues; monitor “at risk” students and update records. Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Education accreditor, regulatory, and safety (OSHA) requirements. Oversee tools, equipment, and supply inventory to ensure resources are available and maintained for class projects. Education  Undergraduate or graduate degree preferred. Experience/Skills  Must have a minimum of three (3) years related practical work experience in the aviation maintenance field.
