
Assistant Manager
Overview
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in driving store performance, team development, and operational excellence. This role oversees daily operations, motivates staff, and ensures a high level of customer service to achieve company goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in achieving sales goals and business objectives
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and support promotional initiatives
- Train and coach staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards
- Manage inventory, including counts and control procedures
- Enforce safety, security, and company policies
- Supervise team performance, provide feedback, and maintain operational consistency
- Support omni-channel sales and fulfillment
- Assist with store events, sales, and daily operations
- Serve as backup to Store Manager and handle administrative tasks as needed

- Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, climb, walk, and stand for long durations of time
- Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of up to 30 pounds
- Vision abilities include close, distance, color peripheral, and depth perception
- Noise level in the work environment is moderate
