Dreamland Busser/Runner

The Busser/Runner is responsible for ensuring dining room efficiency through the prompt clearing, cleaning, and resetting of tables, in addition to delivering food from the kitchen to patrons. This role involves providing essential support to the service staff by replenishing beverages, maintaining stocked service stations, and upholding a pristine environment, thereby contributing significantly to overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
● Table Turnover: Promptly clear dirty dishes, wipe down, and sanitize tables and chairs for the next guest.
● Food Running: Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct table accurately.
● Service Support: Refill water and beverages, replenish silverware, and assist servers with guest needs.
● Sanitation: Maintain clean floors, restrooms, and service stations.
● Prep Work: Set up dining areas and polish goldware.

Requirements:
● Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift heavy items (25+ lbs).
● Strong communication skills to work with kitchen staff and servers.
● Ability to work fast, especially during peak hours.
● Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Rate of Pay and Benefits

● Starting rate of $17-$19 + Tips

Salary Range – California

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Aviator Nation includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
