Product Manager

The primary objective of this Product Manager role is to support and maintain the integrations utilized by our existing customer base. The role focuses on defending our current business by enhancing security and stability, reducing costs, and ensuring maximum retention and relevance with our ideal customer profiles.  

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams 
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmap. 
  • Design and lead adoption strategies for major product initiatives, ensuring successful launch and execution. 
  • Dive deeper into performance metrics to tailor monitoring strategies effectively 
  • Communicate product vision and updates to cross-functional teams and create a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback loops. 
  • Prioritize customer impacting incidents and problems and addressing within a defined SLA in partnership with engineering, architecture and other stakeholders.  
  • Quickly and effectively understand technical concepts and technology stack used to power our integrations.  

What we're looking for 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Product Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.  
  • Experience: 3+ years in product management or a closely related role (Product Owner, software engineer, etc.). 
  • Experience in significant migrations, ensuring business continuity and user satisfaction. 
  • Experience in active contribution to Service-Oriented Architecture discussions and development. 
  • Strong understanding of identity protocols and technologies, including OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and LDAP. 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. 
  • Experience with building or implementing integrations with various accounting systems and ERPs 
  • Experience in leading the product delivery lifecycle with a focus on documentation, measurement, and simplification of technical concepts for various audiences to aid decision making. 
  • Strong understanding of API, file based, ETL, XSLT and other data transformation methods.  
  • Understanding of ERPs, accounting systems software and basic Account Payable principles
