Senior Solutions Consultant

We’re looking for a passionate and consultative Solution Consultant to exclusively support one of our reseller Banks. In this role, you’ll be the critical link between our sales strategy, our partner Bank team, and their clients, ensuring seamless solution integration, exceptional service delivery, and strategic growth.
What you'll do:
- Partner Enablement: Act as the primary point of contact for the Bank reseller's teams, delivering training, technical guidance, and product expertise to empower their success.
- Consultative Selling: Collaborate with Bank teams and their clients to understand business needs, present tailored payment solutions, and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
- Client Engagement: Join joint calls with Bank relationship managers and Treasury Sales resources to guide solution discovery, technical deep dives, and implementation planning.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with internal product, sales, and technical teams to address partner and client requirements, feedback, and opportunities.
- Solution Expertise: Stay current on our product portfolio, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide insightful recommendations and strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for Bank teams and clients, proactively resolving obstacles to drive positive outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years relevant experience -- ideally in a consultative solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales role, preferably in B2B payments, fintech, or financial services.
- Experience working with reseller or channel partner models is highly preferred.
- Exceptional consultative selling and relationship management abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in business terms -- specifically in training and sales capacities.
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork capabilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Fluency or strong proficiency in accounting processes, back office systems and best practices for automation.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with payment platforms, APIs, and software solutions; ability to engage in technical discussions.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 15-20% domestic travel may be required.
