Senior Onboarding Enablement Specialist
Job Overview
The Senior Onboarding Enablement Specialist will develop, manage, and execute processes, systems, and resources used by the Customer Onboarding team to deliver the best implementation experience possible. They will provide enablement support through the creation of client projects, maintaining accurate project data, updating process documentation/resources, facilitating training opportunities, and executing defined operational processes in line with Onboarding and Compliance requirements. This position will be challenged to learn quickly, adapt to change, and contribute to a positive team dynamic with a focus on process execution, delivery, and enablement.
What you'll do:
- Process Documentation and Design - Actively develop, maintain, and manage process documentation, templates, systems, and tools utilized across onboarding.
- Client Engagement - Engage clients to ensure they are welcomed and prepared for their implementation experience.
- Salesforce Administration - Create and schedule implementation projects, manage transition data, maintain data quality, and collaborate on the development of onboarding salesforce objects.
- Cross Functional Collaboration - Work with different departments and stakeholders to ensure client projects are created properly, compliance requirements are met, project challenges are reconciled, and projects move through defined process flows.
- Continuous Improvement & Development - Identify, create, and administer training opportunities designed to advance the onboarding teams product knowledge, customer engagement, and process alignment.
What we're looking for:
- Critical Thinking - Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Technical Proficiency - Expertise with Salesforce, MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, forms), Lucid Chart, SharePoint, and Smartsheet (or equivalent project management software)
- Attention to Detail - Obsessed with maintaining accuracy, data quality, and becoming a subject matter expert on multiple processes.
- Communication and collaboration - Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and gain alignment on process flows. Includes the ability to provide executive level summaries supported by data.
- Self-Starter / independent worker - Ability to identify and act on opportunities for operational improvement while managing existing responsibilities effectively with minimal oversight. Must be comfortable with change management and navigating periods of ambiguity.
- Customer Obsession - Passion to create processes and artifacts to deliver and enable the onboarding team to provide the best possible customer experience.
