Job Overview
The Channel Manager II – Resellers plays a key role in managing and growing our reseller partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for supporting reseller relationships, enabling sales success, and ensuring smooth operational execution. The ideal candidate is an experienced channel professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about partner enablement, sales support, and relationship management.
What you'll do:
- Serve as a primary contact for assigned reseller partners, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to drive sales success.
- Support reseller sales enablement efforts by assisting with:
- Partner onboarding and training programs
- Sales collateral deployment and communication
- CRM and pipeline management to track partner performance
- Forecasting and reporting on reseller-driven revenue
- Facilitate ongoing communication with reseller partners through regular check-ins, business reviews, and operational meetings.
- Monitor reseller performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute partner initiatives, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
- Act as a liaison between resellers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and addressing any operational or sales challenges.
- Gather partner feedback and competitive insights to inform sales strategy and partner program improvements.
- Assist in managing and resolving channel conflict scenarios, ensuring smooth execution of reseller agreements.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or account management, preferably in B2B software, payments, or financial services.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to track pipeline and partner activity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in reseller channel programs, sales enablement, or business development.
- Understanding of AP automation, payments, or fintech ecosystems.
- Prior experience in conducting partner training sessions, webinars, or sales meetings.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute partner initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to assess reseller performance and identify growth opportunities.
