Sales Operations Partner
Job Overview:
The Sales Operations Partner at AvidXchange plays an integral role in managing our sales technology stack and creates repeatable processes for our account executives and sales development teams around top of funnel activities. This role is our first level of support for sales engagement software, conversational intelligence, calendar booking, and activity-based reporting. The Sales Operations Partner will build strong relationships with our sales leaders and individual contributors alike and will be the subject matter expert on our technology and tools for top of funnel sales related activities. This role reports to the Manager of Revenue Systems, in our greater Revenue Operations organization.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate continuously with our Marketing Campaigns and Marketing Operations teams to ensure the latest messaging and approaches are used in sales cadence execution
- Work with Revenue Operations leadership and team to develop ways to improve our data tracking, especially as it relates to top of funnel activities
- Aid the SDR and BDR teams with sales cadence execution, lead qualification and dispositioning, lead conversion and opportunity creation
- Evaluate new software and determine its fit into our revenue organization and processes, ensuring we account for downstream impacts like hand-offs and reporting, and work with our Salesforce team to get them implemented
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure that any new cadences, campaigns, processes or new tools are adopted across the revenue organization, and learning is developed to train and inform individual sales reps
- Act as a first line of support for our SDR / BDR organizations as it pertains to cadence execution, dialing issues, logging and tracking of activities, calendar booking, and rep and manager level reporting in Salesforce
- Create and monitor reporting to make sure leads are properly routed, and there are no leaks in the greater funnel
- Manage and support the existing technology stack (along with the Manager of Revenue Systems) for Salesforce Sales Engage, Einstein CI, Conversica, Lean Data, Bookit, and other miscellaneous sales tools
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years experience with full-featured sales engagement software like Sales Engage, Salesloft or Outreach
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM, especially as it relates to lead qualification, and integrating new software with the platform
- Experience with conversational insights software, like Gong, Chorus, or Boostup, and best practices to get the most insight out of call recordings and transcripts
- Hands-on experience with calendar booking software, like Bookit, ChiliPiper or Calendly, and troubleshooting any logging or scheduling issues
- Lead, contact and account routing background with platforms like Salesforce or LeanData, and the ability to understand multiple territory-based routing rules
- Experience with integrating and pulling data from data enrichment providers like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Direct previous experience as an SDR / BDR / AE is a plus
