Senior AI & Productivity Tools Developer

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Developer to join our AI & Productivity Tools team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is eager to grow their expertise in AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms. You’ll work closely with business and technical teams to design, build, and optimize intelligent solutions that enhance productivity across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other AI Automation tools
  • Design and implement automation workflows that streamline business processes
  • Develop and integrate Python-based tools and scripts to support AI and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity enhancements
  • Contribute to the development and deployment of AI models and intelligent agents
  • Explore and apply concepts like Model Context Protocols (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent communication
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
  • Document solutions and share knowledge with peers to foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Deploy solutions using Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices—or be ready to learn. We aim to automate everything, and experience in this area is a strong plus.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in development of productivity and automation tooling
  • Hands on experience with Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Copilot
  • Experience with Python, TypeScript and scripting for automation
  • Firm understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to business productivity
  • Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies and frameworks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong communication skills and a growth mindset

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Copilot Studio or similar AI orchestration tools
  • Knowledge of MCP and Agent-to-Agent design patterns
  • Experience building and maintaining Power Automate flows
  • Background in business application development or enterprise automation
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
