Apartment Maintenance Tech-Riverhouse
**Position Description:**
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Riverhouse. In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and be responsible for completing work orders and other necessary tasks.

This is an excellent property management career opportunity for you as a Maintenance Technician. The position requires rotating on-call availability, and while EPA Certification is mandatory.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will support the Service Managers and take on a leadership role in their absence. You will provide quality service to our residents, diagnose issues, and perform repairs. Additionally, you will be responsible for routine and preventive maintenance tasks. **Previous experience is a must.**

Our Maintenance Technicians provide support to the Service Managers and assume a leadership role in their absence. They provide quality service to our residents, diagnose problems, and make repairs. They are responsible for routine and preventative maintenance repairs. MUST have previous experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that apartments are made ready for new residents
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Working with a team to perform routine preventive maintenance
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- EPA Universal Mandatory
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Requirements:
Candidates must be positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, have excellent service skills, and be able to manage and organize multiple projects.
- Require a minimum of (2) years of multifamily maintenance experience including plumbing and electrical.
- EPA certification
- Must pass criminal background and drug screen as well as possess a valid Driver's License.
- Weekend work & On-Call Emergency Maintenance rotation may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $27.00 per hour
