  • Develop curated, query-ready datasets (e.g., employee snapshots, attrition events) optimized for analytics and performance.
  • Implement data quality checks, refresh schedules, and validation processes to ensure reliable and consistent data outputs.
  • Contribute to the development of a semantic and metrics layer aligned with existing Power BI and people analytics reporting.
  • Support development of a conversational data agent by mapping natural language questions to governed metrics and datasets.
  • Test common workforce analytics queries and validate accuracy of results.
  • Document data models, metric definitions, agent usage, and handoff materials to support adoption and future expansion.

Qualifications

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
