Client Services Intern

Overview 

The Client Services Intern will work alongside AvePoint’s global Professional Services team, supporting initiatives focused on customer excellence, operational insights, and continuous improvement. This role offers handson exposure to analytics, AIenabled tooling, and modern service delivery practices within a SaaS environment. 

The internship is projectbased and centered on expanding AvePoint’s internal knowledge repositories, sentimentbased telemetry, and datadriven decisionmaking capabilities. The intern will contribute to real business initiatives while developing practical experience with the Microsoft ecosystem and Power Platform. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support sentimentbased data reporting and analysis to surface insights related to customer experience and service delivery 
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of agentic, knowledgebase driven experiences used by Client Services teams 
  • Contribute to resource activity planning and forecasting initiatives to improve operational visibility 
  • Help generate internal materials and documentation using AIassisted and toolaided workflows 
  • Build and maintain Power Platformbased dashboards, reports, and automated experiences 
  • Collaborate with Client Services stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical outputs 
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge repositories and best practices 

 

What your day-to-day will look like: 

  • Using analytics and AIenabled tools to analyze sentiment, telemetry, and operational data across Client Services workflows 
  • Creating Power BI dashboards, reports, and summaries that surface trends and “what we’re seeing” insights for internal stakeholders 
  • Supporting the development of agentic, knowledgebase driven experiences used by Client Services teams 
  • Assisting with resource activity planning and forecasting by analyzing utilization, demand, and delivery data 
  • Building internal materials, documentation, and presentations to support service delivery, enablement, and operational reviews 
  • Shadowing internal project reviews, delivery syncs, and planning discussions; capturing notes and synthesizing key takeaways 
  • Collaborating with Client Services leaders, operations, and crossfunctional partners to improve repeatability and internal tooling 
  • Presenting project updates and findings through structured weekly checkins or project readouts 

 

Qualifications 

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field 
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI 
  • Foundational understanding of AI or agentic technologies; exposure to Copilot Studio preferred 
  • Functional knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem 
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fastpaced, collaborative environment 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Interest in professional services, customer experience, or SaaS delivery models

The Salary Range for this role is $18-$20 per hour. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
