We’re seeking an energetic and results-driven Technical Recruiter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent across roles such as Software Engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, and more. What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and craft strategic, proactive sourcing plans.
- Identify and engage top talent through a variety of channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, networking, events, job boards, etc.).
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer negotiations—while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Avride, showcasing our mission, culture, and opportunities to prospective talent.
- Partner with third-party agencies as needed.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth startups or fast-paced agency settings.
- Deep knowledge of technical roles and modern technologies (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps).
- Proven ability to creatively source passive candidates and close them in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
- Self-starter with a startup mentality: you're resourceful, enthusiastic, adaptable, and thrive without a playbook.
- Passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for C++ and machine learning engineers.
- Passion for robotics, autonomy, ML.
- Experience hiring for engineers at top tier global companies.
