About the Role
Externally, you will represent Avride in meetings with elected officials, agencies, and campus leaders, to help identify new growth opportunities through data insights, and ensure alignment across ongoing initiatives. Internally, you’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with Partner’s vision. This role suits someone who’s entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated to shape the future of autonomous mobility through collaboration and communication.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Avride to government agencies, elected officials, and commercial organizations with professionalism and clarity, including full ownership of presentation materials from development through delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with university and academic leaders to support long-term partnerships, with end-to-end ownership of all presentation materials.
- Analyze and organize data to identify areas for operational and strategic growth.
- Monitor and report project progress to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on programs that connect Avride’s business and partnership goals.
- Travel frequently (up to 50%) for meetings, events, and site visits.
What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, partnerships, community engagement, consulting or enterprise sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse audiences.
- Analytical and thoughtful, using data to inform decisions and drive improvement.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, with strong knowledge of systems and tools that enhance office productivity and communication efficiency.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
