Marketing Lead - Americas (f/m/d)

Baltimore, Maryland, United States; Chicago, Illinois, United States; US-wide

Purpose of Position

Our Global Marketing Team is looking for an experienced and inspiring B2B marketer to lead our Americas marketing efforts and drive results across the US and LATAM. This role blends strategic vision with operational execution, perfect for someone who thrives on both shaping direction and actively implementing initiatives. You'll also excel at building strong teams and fostering partnerships.

You’ll lead a talented team of three Marketing Managers based in the US and Brazil – each already excellent performers, and with the right guidance and support, ready to fly. As their manager, you’ll act as a mentor, coach and strategic compass: helping them prioritize, grow in confidence and deliver campaigns that perform.

In parallel, you'll play a key cross-functional role in the region, working closely with the Regional Managing Directors and their senior leadership teams, especially in the US. Success in this role depends on your ability to navigate priorities, build consensus and collaborate with commercial and operational stakeholders to align marketing activity with regional goals.

This role is ideal for a B2B marketer with a background in the affiliate marketing industry, MarTech, SaaS or Fintech.

Please note: As this position sits on a global team, due to time zone, we are only considering applicants Eastern & Central time zones at this time.

Key Tasks

  • Provide regional insights to the Head of Growth & International Marketing that inform growth strategy, resource allocation and priority areas for the US and LATAM.

  • Act as the primary marketing lead for the Americas region, translating global strategy into locally relevant, actionable plans targeted at advertisers, publishers, agencies and strategic partners.

  • Build and deliver a creative US marketing strategy aimed at changing market perceptions and driving advertiser leads across Enterprise, mid-market and SME businesses.

  • Collaborate with the US leadership team to ensure marketing priorities align with regional OKRs and commercial targets.

  • Build trust and strong working relationships across the business, connecting marketing with sales, operations and client services.

  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads, ensuring Awin remains top-of-mind for customers.

  • Support the upgrade of ShareASale clients to the Awin platform, ensuring marketing communicates value and facilitates smooth transition.

  • Mentor and support a team of three Marketing Managers, providing guidance on priorities, campaign execution and localized delivery.

  • Work cross-functionally with channel experts (social, content, SEO, SEA, events, PR, brand, etc.) to shape and optimize campaigns.

  • Champion data-informed decision-making by reviewing campaign data across the buyer funnel and optimizing campaigns to achieve objectives.

  • Manage regional budget planning, forecasting and cost tracking throughout the year.

  • Travel occasionally within the US and LATAM

    •

Skills & Expertise

  • 8+ years in digital marketing, ideally in a generalist or integrated campaign role focused on results, strategy and execution.

  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, techniques and best practices across digital, content and event marketing.

  • Proven experience managing and mentoring high-performing marketers, ideally across multiple geographies.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving SME and Enterprise leads in a B2B environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with successful, timely delivery.

  • Data-savvy and performance-oriented, with experience optimizing campaigns based on insights.

  • Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry a plus; background in MarTech, SaaS or Fintech preferred.

  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to create plans that go beyond the basics of B2B marketing.

  • Natural coach and mentor who can bring clarity, confidence and strategic focus to a team.

  • Strong collaborator with the ability to manage competing priorities and foster alignment across functions and geographies.

  • Clear, confident and persuasive communicator (written, verbal and presentation).

  • Native-level English required; Spanish or Portuguese beneficial.
