CRM Business Analyst (f/m/d) FTE 12 months

Berlin, Berlin, Germany; London, England, United Kingdom; Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland

Purpose of Position

We’re looking for a collaborative, communicative, and process-oriented Business Analyst to join our CRM team on a 12-month FTE. This role supports internal stakeholders—particularly client services and publisher teams—by improving CRM-related processes and tools.

You’ll work closely with business teams to clarify needs, manage ambiguity, and ensure initiatives are aligned with operational goals. While our systems include Salesforce, this is not a technical role, and no certification is required.

As a Business Analyst you will be the liaison between the business and development teams by clearly understanding the ‘problems to be solved’ and then leading collection, analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements, suggesting design solutions which support Awin’s commercial ambitions.

You will be reporting to the Senior Manager leading the Service Workstream in the CRM Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive an evidence-based approach by conducting analysis to validate the problems to be solved.
  • Lead and facilitate project workshops, engaging stakeholders, subject matter experts and attendees at all levels.
  • Elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of the business’ requirements.
  • Identifying where a common approach is lack and proposing best practices.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency, and break down high-level information into details.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria to communicate requirements identified.
  • Lead UAT business planning and execution. Review QA and write UAT test scripts. Manage UAT with end-users including coordination and user acceptance sign-off.
  • Analyse and understand the value of initiatives, supporting our development team in tracking our progress against key objectives and ensuring we deliver value for the business.
  • Work with the CRM Senior Manager to ensure that initiatives you lead drive successful outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years proven experience in business analysis or product ownership roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you build trust and clarity across teams.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and ask the right questions to uncover needs.
  • Organized and detail-oriented—you keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
  • Expertise in a variety of modelling & analysis tools, methods and standards, e.g., Use cases, User stories, Business Process Modelling, system analysis, data flow diagrams.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, negotiation, and partnership skills.
  • Willingness to learn about and document organizational setup, and develop perspectives on how changes could drive better outcomes.
  • Experience of working in an agile environment
  • Experienced in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and running user acceptance testing.
  • Ability to write SQL or SOQL is a plus but not required.
  • Salesforce knowledge as a plus.
