Your mission, should you choose to accept It (The Role):

As a Director, you're not just leading, you're pioneering! This highly visible role is a catalyst for business growth, where you'll spearhead strategic development and elevate our reputation across the market. You’ll be at the forefront of Axicom's success in the Netherlands and beyond, fusing hindsight with foresight to spot emerging trends and reveal the trendlines behind the hype.

We’re seeking a seasoned leader with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Public Relations agency, demonstrating proven success in business development, strategic leadership, and finance management. And we're not just looking for a CV - we're looking for Intelligence, Initiative and Integrity.

• Intelligent: You're a strategic visionary, thriving on challenges, always curious, and unafraid to share bold ideas. You have deep knowledge and an enviable network within the B2B technology sector.
• Initiative: You're an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to identify new revenue streams, win new business, and proactively manage client retention. You lead teams, step out of your comfort zone, and build business across international networks.
• Integrity: You're honest, credible, and build trust through inclusive behaviour. You're a champion for the highest professional standards, committed to making a positive impact, and a dedicated coach and mentor for our future leaders.

As a Director, you will:

• Drive Business Development: Take the lead in identifying and converting new business opportunities, setting best practice for the agency.
• Elevate Our Reputation: Continuously network and market Axicom, ensuring our brand stands out.
• Lead Strategic Growth: Proactively identify and convert new revenue streams through existing and new business.
• Ensure Client Success: Strategically manage client portfolios and drive retention targets. You'll skillfully create, nurture, and manage diverse client relationships, offering smart counsel and confident presentations.
• Be an Axicom Role Model: Champion professional standards, demonstrate inspirational leadership, and embody our "We Push Everyone" principle.
• Cultivate Talent: Work closely with HR to identify and develop Axicom’s next generation of leaders, serving as a coach and mentor.
• Foster Collaboration: Work seamlessly with UK, EMEA, and global stakeholders to share opportunities and deliver high-quality collaborative work in a multi-market environment.
• Manage Financial Health: Assist in maintaining and monitoring budgets, with a clear understanding of financial metrics and P&L management.
• Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Create an inclusive and welcoming environment, demonstrating flexibility and deflecting biases.
