We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our partner experience. This role is crucial in ensuring our partners have the tools and support they need to successfully bring retail traders to our platform, thereby driving growth and expanding our distribution channels.

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our partner experience. This role is crucial in ensuring our partners have the tools and support they need to successfully bring retail traders to our platform, thereby driving growth and expanding our distribution channels.

 

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will 

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the partner experience, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall growth strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, middle office, back office and partners.
  • Work with engineering, design, and external system vendors to deliver a seamless and efficient experience for our partners.
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback from partners to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
  • Lead the development and implementation of tools and features that enhance the partner experience and drive engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance and activity to identify areas for optimization and growth.
  • Ensure the partner platform complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Are you the one? 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the financial services or trading industry.
  • Deep understanding of B2B2C or B2C2C distribution channels and considerations.
  • Strong working knowledge of partner management systems and communication methods (APIs, CRM tools).
  • Familiarity with modern web and mobile application development practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A data-driven and analytical approach, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex priorities concurrently.
