Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our partner experience. This role is crucial in ensuring our partners have the tools and support they need to successfully bring retail traders to our platform, thereby driving growth and expanding our distribution channels.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our retail trading platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring our platform meets the needs of retail traders, providing a seamless and intuitive trading experience across both web and mobile applications.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will 

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for our retail trading platform, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall growth strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver a user-friendly and feature-rich trading experience.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new trading tools and features that enhance the user experience and drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze platform performance, user behavior, and trading activity to identify areas for optimization and growth.
  • Ensure the platform complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Engage effectively with internal stakeholders and drive net positive outcomes for the company.

Are you the one? 

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the financial services or trading industry.
  • Deep understanding of retail trading platforms and the needs of retail traders.
  • Familiarity with modern web and mobile application development practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A data-driven and analytical approach, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex priorities concurrently.
