As the FP & A Manager, you will drive financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with at least two years of dedicated expertise in FP & A. A background in the financial services industry or trading is highly preferred. This role demands a proactive individual who can navigate through ambiguity and large data sets and is comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.

Your EDGE assignment/You will:

  • Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support key business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial performance and assist in strategic planning.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to optimise financial outcomes.
  • Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management.
  • Evaluate and improve existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market changes that may impact financial performance.
  • Collaborate with the wider Finance team to drive a culture of delivery and excellence.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced finance degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least two years in FP & A.
  • Previous experience in financial services or trading is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools; advanced Excel skills required.
  • CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
