Join our IT team to be the first line of support for all tech inquiries. You'll provide 1st and 2nd level support through various communication channels such as phone, email, ticketing platform, or enterprise chat platform. Your EDGE assignment/You will:
- Provide IT systems support services across the organization.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to all staff with hardware and/or application-related issues, via escalations from the Service Desk, phone, email, or in person.
- Provision of IT devices & services, diagnose and resolve IT incidents, requests, tasks, and problems.
- Work with the IT Operations team to support normal operations and/or make changes/upgrades.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations hardware and software (Operating system and Applications such as Windows 11, Office 365, Teams.
- Support in configuring meeting presentations, facilitating video-conferencing calls, and organizing town hall video conferences.
- Document standards and follow procedures.
- Update IT assets.
- Tickets/Incidents are acknowledged on time and business user expectations are set and kept up to date on their ticket progress. Incidents are properly updated with all relevant information.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries to ensure that service level standards are exceeded.
- Managing/liaising with IT vendors.
- Flexible and willing to work out of business hours when required, Possible to have rotate shift work (24x5).
Are you the one?
- At least 1 year of experience with IT Helpdesk support.
- Experience with on-site and remote support preferred.
- Must have experience with Windows Intune, MS Office 365, Active Directory, MS Teams, Remote Access Application & Asset Management Application.
- Good to have experience with Jira ticketing, Azure, and Avaya IP Phone (Workplace).
