We’re looking for a self-driven, creative, and hands-on Employer Branding Lead who will take the reins in shaping how Axi is perceived as an employer — not just in India, but globally. This role is a unique opportunity to help build our employer brand from the ground up, drive large-scale hiring campaigns, and spearhead campus recruitment initiatives.
You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and senior business leaders to create compelling brand stories, design effective hiring campaigns, and grow our presence across both digital and offline channels.

Create and execute Axi’s employer branding strategy with a focus on the India tech talent market — and scale it globally across key hiring markets.

Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and the careers site that showcases our culture, values, and growth journey.

Plan and manage high-volume recruitment marketing campaigns to support tech and business hiring across regions.

Lead campus recruitment initiatives by building relationships with top universities and organizing events to attract early-career talent.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and compelling candidate experience.

Track and measure campaign and brand performance using data and insights to continuously improve results.

Are you the one?
-
5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a similar talent attraction role.

Proven success in managing branding or recruitment campaigns, ideally in a global or regional setting.

Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to influence others and take ownership.

A strong storyteller — skilled in content creation, social media engagement, and building brand presence.

Comfortable using tools like Canva or basic video editors (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Rush, iMovie) to create quick, engaging content for digital channels — no advanced design skills required, but a creative eye and resourcefulness are key.

Data-oriented with the ability to draw insights from recruitment and engagement metrics.

Bonus if you have connections with Indian universities or tech communities, or experience working in tech/fintech/startup environments.
