Position Overview:
As a Scrum Master at Axi, you will work within Axi Technology, building new and maintaining existing systems and processes for all Axi related activities. Your goal is to facilitate and optimize the ways of working within the development team
- Champion and rigorously ensure adherence to Axi’s ways of working and Agile processes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are focused, time-bound, and result in actionable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery Managers to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and backlog items meet the “Definition of Ready.”
- Actively participate in backlog refinement sessions to ensure user stories are well-articulated, accurately estimated, and broken into manageable tasks.
- Remove obstacles that hinder team progress, shield the team from external distractions, and promote a healthy and collaborative team environment.
- Empower the team to become self-organizing, accountable, and passionate about the product they are building.
- Optimize team processes and sprint dashboards, aiming to reduce waste and streamline communication.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality work aligned with the “Definition of Done” and sprint objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, experimentation, and Agile maturity.
- Act as the point of contact between the Scrum team and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Monitor progress and outcomes, communicating effectively across teams through practices like “Scrum of Scrums.”
- Develop a strong understanding of the product domain through active testing, engagement, and support of delivery teams.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional product and delivery teams.
- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Passionate about continuous learning and team empowerment.
- Experience with scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
