Your EDGE assignment/You will:

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and solution-focused environment.

Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and secure required resources, assign tasks effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between developers, UX/UI designers, QA testers, content teams, and other departments.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

  • Gather, document, and validate detailed project requirements, ensuring full alignment with stakeholder needs and business objectives.
  • Translate business and content requirements into precise technical documentation, such as wireframes, user stories, backlog items, and specifications.

Product Backlog & Prioritization

  • Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, balancing stakeholder expectations with delivery capabilities.
  • Adapt plans as needed based on evolving project requirements, risks, or opportunities.

Quality & Release Management

  • Lead the resolution of issues, management of bugs, and timely handling of technical defects.
  • Oversee release management processes within the deployment environment — including staging, testing, debugging, and go-live coordination.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide regular, transparent updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Use post-project reviews to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

 

Are you the one?

  • Experience: 2+ years of project or product management experience, ideally in FinTech, Financial Services, or eCommerce.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Contentful, or similar). Strong understanding of web development processes, responsive design, and modern web technologies.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Communication: Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Analytical Ability: Proven experience interpreting analytics/data to drive decisions and propose technical solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Portfolio: Examples of completed web projects demonstrating experience with CMS and deployment workflows.
