As a Talent Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and managing impactful learning and organisational development initiatives across multiple continents, with a strong focus on Asia and Europe.
You’ll:
- Drive leadership development programs (workshops, coaching, e-learning).
- Build an L&D framework that enhances workforce capability.
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences (virtual & in-person).
- Manage and optimise our LMS (Absorb preferred).
- Partner with stakeholders globally to create high-impact development program
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
Talent Development & Organisational Capability
- Lead the implementation of organisational development strategies, frameworks, and initiatives to enhance workforce capability and performance.
- Partner with HRBPs to develop and deliver leadership development programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching for senior leaders.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify skills gaps and design targeted learning solutions aligned to business strategy.
- Contribute to building an L&D framework that aligns with organisational goals and global best practices.
- Support talent assessment processes and succession planning, including facilitation of DISC profiling and other assessment tools.
Learning Experience & Program Delivery
- Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning programs across in-person, virtual, and online platforms.
- Manage and continuously improve onboarding programs, ensuring a positive and consistent experience globally.
- Collaborate with business units to tailor onboarding and training content for team-specific needs.
- Partner with Compliance and other stakeholders to deliver required training.
Content Development & Learning Technologies
- Develop curriculum using Articulate 360 (preferred) or similar tools.
- Oversee and maintain the LMS (ideally Absorb), including content upload, configuration, reporting, and user experience optimisation.
- Manage additional learning platforms (e.g., Percipio) and drive adoption.
- Collaborate with SMEs to create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content.
- Produce L&D-focused content for internal communication channels to promote learning initiatives.
- Explore opportunities to automate and streamline L&D processes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand development needs and deliver impactful learning interventions across multiple geographies.
- Prepare reports, policies, and business cases related to learning and development.
- Manage matrix reporting for L&D initiatives to track impact across different business units and regions.
- Monitor learning trends, gather feedback, and adapt offerings to meet emerging needs.
- Ensure compliance with all documentation and training requirements.
- Proven experience in talent development or L&D management within a global or multi-continent remit (must include Asia and Europe).
- Proficiency in developing curriculum with Articulate 360 (preferred) or equivalent tools.
- Strong experience with LMS administration (Absorb preferred; other platforms considered).
- Experience in internal communication, particularly in promoting L&D initiatives.
- Ability to design and implement L&D frameworks at an organisational level.
- Exposure to DISC profiling or similar assessment tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating across cultures and time zones.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to produce and interpret L&D metrics and matrix reports
