This role represents the Organization and the Marketing department, playing a key part in differentiating the Axi brand from its competitors on a global scale. You will be responsible for driving high-performing paid acquisition strategies that support business growth and customer acquisition objectives.

Your EDGE assignment / You will:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns (including web and app campaigns) to achieve defined business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize Bing Ads campaigns, ensuring strong performance and scalability.
  • Create and execute PPC strategies based on business goals, audience insights, and product funnel analysis.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign structure, targeting, and messaging.
  • Optimize ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize performance, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools, tracking KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Manage and allocate large global PPC budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and delivery within budget constraints.
  • Identify and implement ongoing optimization opportunities through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel improvements.
  • Apply a deep understanding of traffic acquisition principles and customer journey funnels to improve conversion and retention.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to align paid media efforts with broader brand and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Are you the one?

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of successful PPC strategy execution and optimization.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads, including both web and app campaigns.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing Bing Ads.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, global PPC budgets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, as well as other analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of traffic acquisition, performance marketing metrics, and product funnels.
  • Ideally, experience with additional traffic sources such as Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Telegram Ads, or other paid acquisition platforms.
  • Experience within the financial services or trading industry is considered a strong advantage.
  • High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
