We are looking for a detail-oriented Website QA Engineer to ensure the performance, functionality, and overall quality of our web platforms. This role is responsible for thoroughly testing website features, identifying bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks before they impact users.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across our digital products by combining manual and automated testing techniques, while contributing to continuous improvement in QA practices.

 

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications
  • Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure functionality, performance, and usability standards are met
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools and methodologies
  • Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure stability across releases
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Maintain, enhance, and optimize test automation frameworks and scripts
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices

 

Are you the one?

Technical Skills

  • Experience in manual and automated testing of web applications
  • Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., test management tools, bug tracking systems like Azure DevOps Boards)
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, Cypress experience will be preferred
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of cross-browser and responsive testing techniques
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing tools is a plus

QA & Process Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to design test cases, execute tests, and analyze results effectively
  • Experience with regression testing and release validation

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
  • Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Experience in accessibility testing is a plus

  • Talent Acquisition Interview combined with Online Assessment  (90 minutes)
  • Hiring Manager Interview (60 minutes)
  • Final Interview (60 minutes)
